Sending the Recommendation

Submitting the College Recommendation

There are two ways to submit the recommendation.

1. The counselor can send it.

2. You can send it via the mail.

1. Steps for the Counselor to Send It

Send an email to the seniorcounselors@mitty.com with the name of the student. Include in the email that your would like counseling to send the recommendation. They will take care of the rest.

a. Send an email to the seniorcounselors@mitty.com with the name of the student. State that you are mailing the application

Now you need to print the students' recommendation. Go back to home and select Manage and complete your college recommendations.

b. Click on prepare forms

This will open a new window.

c. Click on Print

It won't print, but it will ask you to save a pdf document to your desktop.

Click ok.

You will find a new file on your desktop that begins with "teval..." and ends with pdf. Open it up and print it.

Put the recommendation in the student provided envelop and mail. Don't forget to sign the last page of the document.
