This article will explain how to prepare your ExamSoft demo for your department

On the "Questions" page, create a training folder.

1. Click on the gear for your department folder and select "New Folder". In the pop-up window, type "Training Folder". Tap "Create" button.

2. You will see your "Training Folder" at the bottom of your Department's listed courses. Everyone in your department has access to this folder.

Now you can create questions for your demo.

2. Select "Create New Question".

1. When you're satisfied with all of your questions, approve them.

On the "Assessments" page, create a folder for your demo assessment.

1. Click on the gear next to the department folder. Select New Folder. In the pop up window, type "Training" and then "Create".

2. Your Training folder will be filed alphabetically.

2. Select "Create Assessment".

Now your department can "Preview" your demo assessment using their iPad.

1. Have your department go to the "Training" folder on the Assessments page>open the demo assessment>click "Preview"

2. Have your department sign in to their SofTest app on their iPad. The demo should download and they can take the assessment in "Preview" mode. This means it will look like a real assessment that a student would take, without the security locking them in.
