You have 3 different options for audio

1. Embed the audio file in a MyMitty Web page

2. Include a link to the audio file in your course front or home page

3. Upload the audio to an audio sharing website and stream the file from there.

In terms of formats it often says MP3 is the best, but m4a seems to work fine through itunes

1. Give it a title that will be seen on your homepage

2. Add a description

3. Choose the audio file from your MyMitty files or upload a new file

4. Decide if you want it to be in a new window or the same

When you open the link a new page will appear with the controls for the audio file.

If you want to embed the file so it shows up on your homepage it is the same as video

1. Write the title you want to appear and highlight it

2. Click on link

3. Decide if you want it to open in a new window if you click on the link

4. Select "okay"
